Jacob has over a decade of experience building, selling and managing entrepreneurial businesses and software. Focusing most of his time in healthcare, Jacob has developed a keen understanding how technology can make healthcare easier for individuals, employers, brokers and third party administrators. He graduated from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida with a focus on International Business.
Eric Sukalac
COO and Co-founder
Eric has over 14 years of experience building software and maintaining hardware in highly regulated industries, with over 4 years of experience working for a hospital system. Eric graduated from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio with a focus on Computer Engineering.
Steve Fuhry
CTO and Co-founder
Steve has over 12 years of experience building complex software systems to solve business problems. No stranger to the healthcare space, he has a background building applications to solve staff scheduling problems in post-acute organizations to help manage labor and reduce unnecessary cost. Steve graduated from John Carroll University in Cleveland, Ohio with a focus on Philosophy.
Blair Arbuckle
Senior Director of Customer Success
Blair leads customer success at TPA Stream, where he oversees onboarding, implementation, support, and works closely with the product development team on client-desired enhancements. He has over 12 years of experience as a healthcare sales and account management professional.
Nick Gonda
Junior Software Developer
Nick has 2 years of experience helping companies streamline processes and procedures with automation. A classically-trained musician, he has a passion for studying complex systems and organizing ideas into a cohesive whole. Nick is thrilled to be part of TPA Stream, where he can marry a diverse set of interests and experience to solve problems in a rapidly changing sector of technology.
Mike Haake
Data Integration Specialist
Mike is dedicated to helping customers succeed by resolving their immediate issues and providing them with the tools and knowledge they need to prevent future problems. Mike has 14 years of Technical Support experience in Software Troubleshooting, API Management, SQL, and Customer Relations. Mike graduated from Akron University with a Bachelors in Computer Science.
William Keenze
Junior Software Developer
William Keenze is a Marine Corps veteran and brings 15 years of experience in operations to TPA Stream. He has honed his skills in managing complex projects and leading teams to success. In 2022, William transitioned to web development. Outside of his professional life, William is passionate about sports and video games. He enjoys staying active and finds joy in both playing and watching various sports. Video games provide him with a creative outlet and a way to unwind. Above all, William cherishes spending time with his kids, engaging in fun activities and creating lasting memories together.
Bill Kotinsley
Director of Technical Operations
With over 10+ years of Technical Support experience, Bill is passionate about helping customers learn and utilize software to the fullest potential. Bill has specialized in Integrating healthcare software systems over the last 5 years. He graduated from Mount Union College in Alliance, Ohio with a focus on Business Administration and Information Systems.
Amanda Metes
Senior Director of Marketing & Product Experience
Amanda brings B2B SaaS marketing experience across a variety of industries. She holds a bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Michigan State University and a Product Development certificate from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management.
Kim Mitchell
Customer Success Associate
Kim has over 5 years of experience in Human Resources and Administration in the healthcare industry. With over 10 years of experience assisting in production management, Kim is able to apply her skills to her role as Customer Success Associate. Kim received her Associates Degree in Legal Assisting and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Toledo.
Jason Rojas
Director of Software Development
Jason has been working with technology and computer science principles for 6 years. He has been involved in personal projects including working with web crawler technology in 2014. Jason graduated Summa Cum Laude from Hoover High School in 2018 and was awarded the Exceptional Student in Sciences award from the school as well as the Scholastic Excellence award from the US Marines. He then went on to turn my passion into a career through Tech Elevator in the latter half of 2018 and then was brought onto TPA Stream at the start of 2019.

Jake Stewart is a seasoned software professional with over a decade of experience. He joined TPA Stream in 2017. As a Principal Architect at TPA Stream, Jake leverages his extensive expertise to design and implement robust software solutions, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance across the platform. Jake holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Bowling Green State University.
Yeti
Assistant to the Regional Manager
Yeti has been with TPA Stream since 2018, dutifully guarding our login page. Though he doesn’t say much, we’ve surmised that he enjoys snow cones, snowball fights, and works remotely from the Himalayas.
