TPA Stream is a web-based application. You do not need to download any software to use TPA Stream.

How do you keep information secure?

We are HIPAA compliant and SOC II Type 2 certified. You can learn more on our Security page here.

What software do you integrate with?

We’ve built direct integrations with WEX and Alegeus for both CDH and COBRA. We can integrate and consume invoice data from any benefits platform. We have accounting integrations with Quickbooks Online, Quickbooks Desktop, Netsuite, Sage Inacct, and more.

Can the invoices be downloaded?

Yes, invoices can be downloaded by you or your clients from the secure portal in PDF or CSV format.

Can I upgrade my plan later?

We work with our clients to establish a plan that fits As you grow, we can scale to meet the needs of your business with additional functionality based on your needs.

How do I get started?

We work with you to import all your fees and configure your settings based on what you bill for, your vendors, and your invoicing preferences.

Can I send invoices to multiple contacts?

Yes, we call this divisional billing (or bill by division). Often you might need to send invoices to multiple departments or state-level contacts depending on how the organization is structured. We support all that.
