Exciting upgrades coming to EasyEnrollment

What is changing

Refreshed and aligned branding

  • We refreshed the overall look and feel of all of the emails to add credibility to the experience and increase member trust
  • Your logo and branding will continue to be featured prominently. If you white labeled EasyEnrollment, this will remain in effect

Enrollment emails (9 Day Series and Singular Emails)

  • Added a “Finish setting up my benefits” message to encourage action.
  • New section about security to let them know that they may need to periodically reconnect their accounts for their security and due to carrier requirements.

Enrollment confirmation emails

  • New section about security to reinforce why they may need to reconnect.

Fix Credential Emails

  • Previously all fix credential emails included the same content (except MFA), prompting the member to reconnect with little information as to why.
  • Now these include customized content by login issue type to help the member understand what they need to do to resolve the login issue.
  • You can view all email content on the EasyEnrollment section of the Help menu.

Supporting Documents

  • New About EasyEnrollment overview and FAQ documents provide more information to the member and reflect the refreshed branding.

Helping members understand this change

  1. EasyEnrollment emails will have a temporary disclaimer: To reduce any member confusion and ensure the emails continue to be actioned on, we are adding a temporary brief disclaimer to the top of the emails: “EasyEnrollment has a new look. You can still trust this email as it was sent by [TPA Name].” A preview is available in the Quickstart Guide.
  2. We’ve created sample messages to your employers and members. Also available in the Quickstart Guide.

When these changes are launching

These changes go into effect Monday, February 27 at 8:00 pm ET

Importantly, fix credential emails on Tuesday, February 28 will follow the new template and have customized content by login issue.

What is not changing

  • Email frequency, schedule, and any other logic for when, who, and how is remaining the same.
  • If you’ve white labeled EasyEnrollment, this remains in effect.
  • Your logo and branding will continue to be featured.
